You are paying for very high quality items of clothing , handmade in Italy using the best fabrics and Italian yarns.
You are also paying for an exclusive service of home measurement which is included in the price of the item. Wherever you want, either at home or at work, you can arrange to meet a Sartieri style consultant.
And you are paying for a unique and inimitable  item, chosen among more than one billion combinations, tailor made for you.

WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DO YOU CARRY?
We carry almost all most famous name-brand fabrics in the industry at the best prices. Cloth from Vitale Barberis, Cerrutti, Tollegno, Drago, Guabello and Tallia Di Delfino can be found on our on-line store.

ARE YOU CUSTOM OR MADE TO MEASURE?
Sartieri makes custom garments. We make our garments from scratch. We create a unique pattern for every customer. Our customers can choose among more than 200 different fabrics and over a billion different customization.

DO YOU OFFER THE TRUE BESPOKE SERVICE?
Yes, thanks to our Master Tailors we are in the position to offer the exclusive bespoke service: a completely handmade, with the dedication of 60 hours work, full canvassed suit.
The service is active in London, Milan, Munich, Moscow, Dubai, Edinburgh, Dublin, Rome, Naples, Bari and Lecce.

FIT


I LIKE A VERY TAILORED, MODERN FIT. DO YOU DO THAT?
Yes. For the jacket, we can do a higher armhole, higher gorge line, and shorter jacket. For the trousers, we suggest a flat front with a high inseam and minimal break. Whatever fit you are looking for, we want to fit you how you want.

I HAVE SPECIAL BODY MEASUREMENTS, CAN SARTIERI ACCOMMODATE ME?
Yes. Sartieri is a custom-made clothier, so we make sure that you’re comfortable with the fit of your garments. We’ll guide you in choosing the proper fit and style, and can even suggest ideas that give off a better impression.

MEASUREMENTS


HOW DO I GET MEASURED?
If you are located in London, Oxford, Cambridge and Manchester we offer at office/home appointments.
Once your order is submitted, you will be asked to schedule an appointment with your personal style consultant that will come to you wherever you want in order to take your body measurements. Appointments are usually fixed very quickly, in 2/3 days of the order submission, and always according to your needs and availability.

THERE IS NO MEASUREMENT SERVICE OFFRED WHERE I LIVE, WHAT CAN I DO?
You can send an email at info@sarieri.com in order to request one of our consultant to come to you. We do our best to help.

WHERE IS EXACTLY THE MEASUREMENT SERVICE OFFERED?
At the moment the service is active in the following cities: London, Oxford, Cambridge and Manchester, but our team of style consultants is constantly growing and expanding, therefore stay with us to get constant updates on the subject.
Next opening: Milan.

CAN I PURCHASE A SARTIERI WITHOUT HAVING TO DO THE MEASUREMENTS?
Yes, you can. All our ties, pocket squares and other accessorises can be sent to 127 Countries in the world.

WHERE I LIVE THERE IS NO MEASUREMENT SERVICE, BUT I PURCHASED AN ITEM BY MISTAKE, WHAT CAN I DO?
In this case there are two options:

  1. We can try our best to reach you and take your measurements.
  2. If we are not able to get to where you live, we’ll immediately send a refund, using the same payment system.

IF I GIVE TO SARTIERI MY MEASUREMENTS, CAN YOU MAKE ME A SUIT?
We consider getting the proper measurements and fit to be a task only suited for our own professional clothiers. Sartieri unfortunately does not accept measurements taken by your own or from any other tailor.

APPOINTMENTS


HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You can oder online what you like, once you complete the order you’ll receive a confirmation email through which you will be able to book an appointment with one of our style consultants at your convenience.

WHERE SHOULD I MEET YOUR STYLE CONSULTANT?
You can meet our style consultant at a place of your convenience.
In a near future, we will also be able to meet our clients in our London Show Room.

HOW LONG DOES A FITTING TAKE?
I ordered a custom suit (or jacket, trouser, vest) – Although it usually takes less time, please expect this fitting to be one hour.
I ordered custom shirts – Although it usually takes less time, please expect this fitting to be 30-45 minutes.
I  ordered multiple custom suits and/or shirts – Although it usually takes less time, please expect this fitting to be an hour and a half.
I am a repeat customer and would like to order multiple suits and/or shirts – Repeat customers who have already received garments for us no longer need to go through our extensive fitting process.

I NEED TO RESCHEDULE
As we do book few days in advance, we respectfully ask your consideration in rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Weekends are especially booked up so we respectfully ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Please send us an e-mail  customercare@sartieri.com , we will arrange a new appointment according to your needs.

DO YOU HAVE TRUNK SHOWS?
We do have private trunk shows for a limited number of people. For more information you can contact us at info@sartieri.com

PROCESS


WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR WHAT I BUY?
The payment will be taken as soon as the order is complete. You will be guided to the Basket page where you’ll be able to finalise your purchase. Then, you will receive a confirmation email through which you will get access to our free home measurements service to book at your convenience.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept either the main credit cards and Paypal. We guarantee maximum security and protection of your datas as we use 100% cripted and secure systems.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GARMENTS?
We will contact you as soon as your order is placed and schedule you an appointment with your style consultant for a fitting at your convenience. Then your order is definitely carry out and will be at your doorstep in three to four weeks (suits, jackets ecc), two weeks (shirts) and 1 week (ties and accessories).

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
We understand that some orders are extra special. If you need to have your order rushed by a certain date, such as a wedding or graduation, please tell your personal style consultant during the measuring process to arrange rush delivery. WHAT IF MY GARMENTS NEED ALTERATIONS?
We take care of all alterations at no additional cost for up to 30 days after you receive your order. For more information, please see our full guaranteed and returns policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


CAN I HAVE MY GARMENTS SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO ME?
Yes, our customers will have their garments directly shipped to them for no additional charge.
